CONTRACT ON SALE OF PHOTOGRAPHS
This contract governs the contractual relationship between

The photos the photographer wants to sell through the website of Tellusart.com must be displayed for sale on Tellusart.com's website.
Photographer can access their portal where images in high resolution format are uploaded. The format is high: 300 dpi jpeg.
When ordering, the pictures will be transferred to canvas, poster or other articles. Tellusart.com sells products of various sizes as shown on the website.
Tellusart.com is responsible for the production process and is responsible for the costs.
3. Price on the pictures
Tellusart.com decides price, and possibly discounts to customers and accounts for all work on billing and settlement after the photographer has entered into this agreement.
Photographer shall receive 10% royalty for each sale. Royalty is calculated on the basis of the net selling price, and the photographer will receive a monthly settlement, after 14 days after the end of the month.
Photographer can keep up to date on sales figures inside their portal
Tellusart.com will receive all sales costs and expenses for shipment to end users by sales price per image.
In the event of complaints on images, Tellusart provides for settlement to the end user.
Photographer has the artistic responsibility and copyright for his photographs, but has given Tellusart.com the exclusive right to reproduce, produce and sell the images to the end user.
Buying to end users in Norway is subject to a right of cancellation, which gives the consumer an 14-day deadline on the purchase from the buyer in his possession. Telluart.com is responsible for handling complaints and settlement to end users.
8. Termination Deadline
This agreement may terminate each term by 30 days, calculated from date to date. Tellusart.com shall, within the expiration of the notice period, terminate the sale of the relevant images and make a settlement to the photographer.
9. Governing Law
This agreement and understanding of it and disputes between the parties shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law, and the parties agree to Oslo District Court as a court in case of a dispute.
